How much are the shipping costs?
Enjoy FREE shipping on all US orders of $89 or more! Orders under $89 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. International orders are shipped for a flat rate of $12.99.
Attention: Time to received goods = Handle Time + Delivery Time
- Our standard handling time is 1 - 2 business days for all products.
- Personalized or more complex products may require additional processing time.
Delivery times for most products are estimated as follows:
- In the US: 7 – 15 business days
- Other countries: 10 – 12 business days
About late delivery:
Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Mistaken address
• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units
• Extreme weather conditions
• International customs clearance
